The Relationship between perceived employment climate and job satisfaction of workers with psychiatric disability

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examinate the relationship between perceived employment climate and job satisfaction of workers with psychiatric disability. Three factors of the employment climate, support and consideration, employment management, and employment appropriateness. were extracted by factor analysis. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the factor of employer¡¯s support and consideration significantly explained work itself, pay, supervisor and co-worker, and overall job satisfaction. The outcome of the study could be used to promote the job satisfaction of wokers with psychiatric disability. The implications of employment climate were further discussed.
