A study on attending experience of the educational university students" and awareness about the Employment process of primary school teacher with a disability

Abstract
The purpose of this study presented institutional plan for primary school teacher with handicapped. We interviewed the 8 handicapped students who are in the process of attending in the educational university and analyzed the experience contents of entering upon studies process and curriculum acquisition, and searched for their recognition about the institutional support plan which is magnified primary school teacher with handicapped.
As a result, The educational University students with handicapped was weak in information disclosure about entering upon studies process of educational university and the handicapped person designated entrance system. Because, they make know about information after the University Scholastic Ability Test from the process which writes an application. They need to help for entering upon studies and the public information. Also all educational university of the handicapped person designated entrance system executes a pre test of ability, and the applicant experienced the discrimination which is not visible from this process.
They experienced insufficient care which follows disability type and grade. insufficient utility system. and they have need of the test subject operation which considers an disability. They have awareness about institutional support plan for the magnification of primary school teacher with handicapped. That is social recognition improvement which is negative and the accommodation of utility facilities system which considers teacher"s disability are necessary.
As basis of these results. Researchers present political and practical alternatives for the magnification of primary school teacher with handicapped: public information system preparation, curriculum improvement and primary school teacher appointment test system institutional improvement program.
