Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the employer"s perceptions and satisfactions of persons with disabilities employment. The conclusions drawn from the results and discussion were to follows. First, there were statistically significant difference in the levels of employer"s perception and a enterprise"s profit with regard to vocational development training, employment planning of persons with disabilities, knowledge of supported system. education on disability perception improvement. Also, perception of persons with disabilities employment have positive a non-profit-making corporation than a profit-making corporation. These findings present service providers with information that would facilitate succesful employment of individuals with disabilities.
