The Theoretical Study for the High Educational Background of the Physical Disabilities and Its Effects on the Vocation and Quality of Life

Abstract
The opportunity of high education for people with Physical disabilities has been provided not only positive effects on the upward social mobility and job hunting but also intellectual frame-work of equal rights for participation in society, such as political, economic, social and cultural activities, and realistic environment to get pride and self-esteem about the roles for social members. It can also be an essential condition of seeking the rights for human life. such as survival and happiness. Increase of the high educated people with disabilities is considered as an encouraging phenomenon, because it"s absolutely significant material for improving their capabilities.
However, the expectation of the social position or income according to the educational level in recent days was gradually improved compared with other years.
As a result, it brings about the consequence of their long-term and excessive unemployment and the overall dissatisfaction about the society and daily living.
Therefore, to assist that high educated disabilities fill their roles of part in society as the independent being, the educations and efforts for their careers and extending abilities should be continued in their whole life. In addition, they have to be assured of their opportunities for equal education and appropriate choices in their jobs which correspond with their own abilities while they transit to the vocation from education as the normal people. It"s the most considerable purpose for their advance to society, and achievement of rehabilitation goals.
To guide the desirable high education of disabled people, the leaders and staffs in rehabilitation fields need to enlarge the vocational rehabilitation service system, vocational training, and various opportunities to develop expertise and qualification for them. Additionally, the politic efforts in government toward the reinforcement for employment system of high educated people with disabilities would be supported.
