Effect of the discrimination in the workplace for job satisfaction and disability acceptance of a wage workers with disabilities

Abstract
This study is to understand difference of company discrimination depending on features of social population, disability and employment environment, and investigate effect on satisfaction and disability acceptance by company discrimination, consideration, disability acceptance and company satisfaction control. Through this study, we would practically investigate factors that affect a wage workers with disabilities job satisfaction and disability acceptance from company discrimination, and present positive and fundamental alternatives for discrimination. It was analyzed based on raw data from ¡¸The 3rd panel investigation of hiring physically-challenged people(2010)¡¹ of Employment Development Institute of Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. Based on this study results, first, as academic ability is low and as disability is severe, those people tend to be discriminated more. The discriminated disabled people do not tend to be satisfied by their company. Therefore, it is considered that more in-depth study is necessary regarding supporting system for those workers to protect their right and support their adaption. Second, prohibition of disabled discrimination should be improved and adopted more widely. To decrease effects on company satisfaction from discrimination, the discrimination should disappear first. Third, political and financial supporting system should be presented for companies that consider and support the disabled.
