A Structural Analysis on Workers with Disabilities¡® Job Satisfaction and Its Related Variables

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate a structural relationship among the related variables of employment maintenance of employed workers with disabilities. 1,092 workers with disabilities who participated in 2012 Employment Panel of Persons with Disabilities were analyzed with regards to aptitude, duty, accommodation, and job satisfaction. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analysed using AMOS 18.0 and a maximum likelihood minimization function. Goodness of fit was evaluated using RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The results were as follows : First, aptitude and duty of workers with disabilities and accommodations were found to affect job satisfaction of these population. Second, aptitude of working employees with disabilities was found to affect their job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction of working employees with disabilities was found to affect service will of working employees with disabilities. Forth, job duty was found to affect negatively service will of workers with disabilities.
