Study on the employment determinants of disabled people in companies

Abstract
This study has been conducted in order to analyze employment determinants for the disabled in companies, and draw a practical plan which facilitates employment of disabled people based on that result. Data from the 2012 Survey on the Employment Status of the Disabled in Business are utilized, and logistic regression is used to analyze the data.
The outcomes of the study unfold as follows:
First, job factors of a company effect employment of the disabled. Also, disability employment policies and systems influence employment. Disability awareness demonstrates itself to be one employment determinant as well.
Based on those outcomes, the following action plans can be proposed:
First, a pertinent political approach for each company considering size and a mandatory employment rate is required. Furthermore, PR based on diversity needs to be utilized and accessibility to politics is to be improved. In addition, disability awareness programs and materials need to be developed for companies. Finally, development of various jobs and their applications must be endeavored.
