Identifying Smart Work Jobs for People with Disabilities

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify Smart Work Jobs for people with disabilities using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. Researchers identified the problem of smart work by previous studies, such as literature reviews and case studies. Based on the subsequent literature, AHP analysis was conducted targeting 15 experts to derive suitable jobs. In the results first, the key elements of Smart Work were the use of IT, low mobility, work independently, and work possibility at home. Second, the participants in the study emphasized that the decision maker of Smart Work was employee with disability, profession and researcher in descending order. Third, this study suggested that Smart Work job list for people with disabilities, arranged in descending order, included an audience rating surveyor, novelist on internet, translator, web-designer, game musician, Internet shopping mall mater, game graphic designer, game master, information provider, and broadcast monitoring agent. The contribution of this study researched to draw the expected problems when Job placing for people with disabilities virtually and then to suggest its alternatives.
