Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest political and practical implications for diminishing the intent to leave of Center for Independent Living(CIL) employees, through examining the mediating effect of job stress between job fit and the intent to leave. To collect study data, an e-mail survey was conducted upon 150 employees of 75 CILs in Korea. Multiple regression was employed for mediating effect analysis using SPSS 19.0. The analysis results revealed that job fit had a significant effect on the intent to leave directly and indirectly through job stress. These results imply that job fit and job stress need to be emphasized as a strategy to diminish the intent to leave of CIL employees.
