Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore ways to increase the level of human rights of persons with disabilities living in facilities as examining the factors affecting human right sensitiviy of practitioner at residential facilities for peoples with disabilities.
Residential facilities for peoples with disabilities in seoul conducted a survey of practitioner 501 in 43 locations.
Survey, the factors affecting human right sensitivity of practitioner at residential facilities for peoples with disabilities were occupations, qualifications, age, and human rights training time. Care workers in all areas of human rights sensitivity showed a lower sensitivity than the generalist human rights. Because care workers spend the most time providing direct services to people with disabilities, and training measures are needed to improve their human rights sensitivity. It showed high sensitivity to human rights if you have a social worker Level 1 qualification. The more time the higher the level of human rights education sensibility. This is the context , such as human rights education is the more time the higher the level of human sensitivity. As well as education with a focus on human rights education and training is needed to enhance the professionalism of social workers. In order to increase human rights sensitivity, just by simply increasing the training time is limited, it is necessary to discuss the contents of the various educational.
