For the study, the data of 1,622 workers with disabilities who participated in the 3rd survey of 2nd wave in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED) was analyzed using Mediation analysis and Moderated-Mediation analysis with SPSS Process Macro. The results can be summarized as follows. First, job satisfaction mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and happiness. Second, the indirect effect of self-efficacy through job satisfaction on happiness was moderated by work interference due to disabilities.
