Basic Study on Exploring the Expansion of Employment Services and Service Needs for Non-registered Disabled People

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate a possible expansion of employment services for people with non-registered disabilities and to identify their needs of the employment services by using survey and interview of the study participants. A total of 216 people were participated in this study, and the final analysis was performed by using the SPSS 23.0 program. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, & Post-hoc comparison were performed, and ANOVA with post-hoc analysis were applied to examine the differences between the study groups. As a result of this study, 5 types of non-registered disability groups were identified through FGI and professional consultations in hierarchical order which were as follows: ADHD, Borderline Intellectual Function, OCD, CRPS, and PTSD. Online survey and video interview were utilized along with the diversity test. There were statistically significant differences in the categories of educational level, employment status, discomfort level due to disability, limit of job search desire, physical capability of job readiness skills, basic job attitude, and workplace environment. Based on the results of the study, the further study suggestions and limitations were discussed.
