A Study on the Exploration of Performance Indicators of Employment Support Services for Persons with Disabilities in all ministries: Through Delphi Survey of Expert Panel

This study is to explore the performance indicators of employment support services for the disabled in all ministries. Accordingly, the elements of the performance indicators such as items, factors, specific indicators, and evaluation of the performance indicators are checked. For the research study, Delphi research was conducted through the composition of the expert panel. The expert panel consisted of a total of 4 sessions and invited experts from each field, such as special education, social welfare, vocational rehabilitation, and disability determination. The survey was conducted from September to November 2021. The results of the search for the performance indicators of the inter-ministerial employment support service for the disabled are as follows. First, it is important to check the indicators of inter-ministerial linkage and collaboration among important performance factors, and indicators of efficient service provision. Second, among the performance indicators of information processing, accuracy and workload reduction are important for business performance, connectivity and integration, usability, responsiveness, and convenience are important performance factors for policy performance, and responsiveness and convenience are important performance factors for customer performance. Third, results similar to information processing were confirmed in the use of the online system. Finally, suggestions for follow-up research and the significance of the research are suggested.
