Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to explore the development direction of the case management service for industrially injured workers by examining the performances of the case management service for industrially injured workers. To this end, the performances of case management service for industrially injured workers of the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service from 2012 to 2020 was analyzed. A case management service satisfaction survey was conducted for 100 workers in the group who received case management service and 101 people in the group who did not receive the service among industrially injured workers who completed medical care in 2017. As a result of the analysis, case management service users showed a higher rate of return to work than non-users, and the rate of return to original work was also higher. In terms of satisfaction with rehabilitation service, it was found that case management service users used the service earlier than non-users, and the effect of the rehabilitation service was better. However, when selecting the case management service target, there was a part where it was easier to return to work, and there was a problem in selecting unnecessary subjects who did not have the desire for case management service. In addition, there was also a problem with the service operation centered on service providers, not on the needs of industrially injured workers. As for satisfaction with case management service, assurances and tangibles were high in satisfaction, but it was found that focused improvement efforts on reliability and responsiveness were needed.
