Abstract

|
Purpose of review: This study is to find out the participation and role of Occupational Therapy in activity of long term care insurance local council. Main: The way of this study was a literature date search and review. This was to reviewed long term care insurance, local council, members, status of members, activity case, and the relationship between long term care insurance local council activity and occupational therapy.
Conclusion: The long term care insurance problem should had solve through balancing rehabilitation service network establishment and service quality improvement for health-medical service improvement. This was very important the participation and role of occupational therapy for balancing rehabilitation service providing and service quality improvement.
