This study attempted to explore and understand the meaning of play therapy supervisor training experience. As play therapy supervisor trainees, a narrative inquiry method that can well reveal the meaning of personal experiences was used, and three persons who experienced supervisor training were selected. The research problem is as follows. ¡®What does the play therapy supervisor trainee experience in supervisor training and what does it mean?¡¯ As a result of the study, the meaning of the supervisor training experience of the participants was derived into four meanings: ¡®Prior supervision experience adding new meaning within role confusion,¡¯ ¡®Journey of grappling with the disparity between ideals and reality,¡¯ ¡®Evolution towards the mediator role through self-reflection,¡¯ and ¡®Discovery of the power of growth within the cycle of confusion and development¡¯. This study is meaningful in that it laid the foundation for the development of the training system by proposing points to be considered in the training process later by examining each supervisor training experience in depth.
