Abstract
Congenital intracranial lipomas are uncommon lesions, compose 0.1% to 0.5% of all cranial tumors. Interhemispheric fissure along the corpus callosum is most common site of intracranial lipomas. Recently, we experienced a case of pericallosal lipoma with partial agenesis of the corpus callosum at 36 weeks and 1 day of gestation which was diagnosed with prenatal ultrasound and postnatal magnetic resonance imaging. Prenatal counseling for pericallosal lipoma is very cautious because it represent great clinical variability. We herein report the prenatal and postnatal images and outcomes of postnatal 2-year follow-up.
