Purpose of this research is to investigate effects of foot reflexology and aroma therapy on overcoming fatigue and changing for constituents of blood after submaximal exercise. An analysis of the results were conducted in order to find which therapy is more effective against stress and tiredness and which therapy is more available as a personal health therapy. There was a statistically significant effect for aroma therapy on physical stress (p=0.025). In aroma therapy, between experimental group applied aroma to subjects and experimental group non applied, there was distinctive difference about intensity of exercise. The researcher infers this as aroma can help to overcome physical stress from exercise. Among statistics of each of experimental groups on TG, foot reflexology showed results as expected (p=0.006). Cortisol had an effective reaction in aroma therapy group (p=0.016). However, HGH and RBC had no statistically significant reaction with either group. When investigating changes of each groups on WBC, there was a statistically significant change in the foot reflexology group (p=0.043).
