A Theoretical Study on Efficient Operation Methods of 119 Rescue

Abstract

|
This study used a wide range of literature, statistical data, periodicals and related legislations for a theoretical approach. Based on regulations and systems including actual system operation state of the current 119 rescue, this approach aimed to propose ideal measures in carrying out rescue jobs, by deriving the second best measures in areas where there might be delicate conflicts between actually solvable problems and performing institutions. Good institutions or operating system may be prepared, 119 rescue workers engaged in rescue can¡¯t achieve their goal without their firm will and commitment to serve to citizens and sacrifice. The study believes that ceaseless attention and intention of policy change among policy makers of 119 rescue service can be the best and only way for us to establish advanced rescue.
