This case report describes a non-extraction case of a skeleto-dental Class II division 1 malocclusion patient with short roots in maxillary central incisors. A 15-year-old female showed lip protrusion, large overjet, deep bite, and Class II molar and canine relationship with short roots in maxillary central incisors. Non-extraction treatment was planned, and the upper arch was distalized with transpalatal arch (TPA) and orthodontic micro-implants (MI). The patient showed satisfying results with Class I molar relationship, proper overbite and overjet, and esthetic profile. However, the maxillary central incisors were not intruded because of root resorption.
