Influence of Efficacy of Educare Center's Teachers on Job Satisfaction

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out teachers efficacy for child care and job satisfaction.

Methods: Participants were total 175 teachers of educare center s teachers. Data were collected from May 22 to May 31, 2012 in educare centers of U city.

Results: The degree of teachers efficacy in the area of those the level of job satisfaction is slightly correlation(r=.28, p¡´.001), the relationship between the degree of personal interaction for sub domain of job satisfaction and teachers efficacy was a weak positive correlation(r=.33, p ¡´.001), correlation between the degree of itself of job duty and the level of teachers efficacy was weak(r=.24, p=.001). The job satisfaction of subjects affecting the degree of the highest degree of teachers efficacy as a factor that explains 20.9% had job satisfaction. Next, the type of facilities and educare centers, and job satisfaction was found to explain 28.1% of the total.

Conclusion: The degree of job satisfaction in educare centers teachers is moderate, and the factors affecting the degree of job satisfaction are degree of teachers efficacy, type of facilities and age of teachers. It is necessary to develop the nursing program and its application considering teachers efficacy level.
