Intervention based on the Model of Human Occupation in a Person with Spinal Cord Injury: A Case Study

Abstract
This study is a case report to investigate effects of MOHO based occupational therapy intervention on the occupation of a patient with SCI. The subject is a 36-year-old woman with C6 incomplete SCI. The RIC splint and the fishing splint were provided to improve the level of satisfaction and performance in ADL and leisure. The investigator measured performance, satisfaction, competence and value of the occupation by the COPM and the OSA. As result, The level of performance, satisfaction, competence and value increased. In conclusion, MOHO approach in occupational therapy gives the possibility to promote the occupational performance and satisfaction in people with SCI.
