There were statistically significant differences in total sleep time(t=5.93, p£¼.001), daytime sleepiness(t=-2.31, p=.022) between high and low sleep quality groups. In the group of low sleep quality, statistically significant positive relationship was found between day time sleepiness and fall efficacy(r=.331, p=.026).
