Abstract
Purpose : This study examines the effects of health behaviors on job burnout by analyzing transport workers' data.

Methods : We surveyed 260 workers of 6 transport companies in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Busan, and Gwangju from February 21 and March 12, 2018. Taking the results, we performed frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA and linear regression analysis using the SPS 18.00 statistical program.

Results : Analysis showed that exercise was deeply related to job burnout among transport workers' health behaviors. In case of no exercise more than three times a week, the rate of experiencing job burnout was significantly higher.

Conclusion : To reduce job burnout, therefore, developing and applying customized exercise programs for transport workers is necessary.
