The Effect of Healthcare Workers¡¯ Satisfaction of Rest Facilities on Fatigue

Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose : This study evaluates the effect of healthcare workers¡¯ satisfaction of rest facilities on fatigue.
Methods : The questionnaire was distributed to 23 hospitals; 333 people responded, of which 260 were subject to the final analysis, excluding 57 who did not have rest facilities at work and 16 insincere respondents.
Results : Fist, the overall satisfaction of healthcare workers with rest facilities was 3.07 out of 5. Second, 72.7% of healthcare workers complained of fatigue. Third, it was found that the effect of satisfaction with rest facilities on fatigue was significant. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the effect of detailed satisfaction on fatigue in rest facilities, it was found that fatigue was affected in the order of temperature-humidity, cleanliness, ventilation, time for availability, lighting, noise, location, size of the rest area and equipment.
Conclusion : As a result of this study, in order to reduce the fatigue of healthcare workers, it is necessary to prepare improvement measures to provide rest facilities to satisfy healthcare workers.
